Walked in to the showroom on Friday, met with Kevin Limon, his 1st day on the job. I had several cars that I wanted to look at and ended up with a 2010 Acura TL, low mileage too. The only problem that day was the last the computers were giving the team problems but I finally closed the deal! Kevin had transfered from another location and brought excellent customer service skills and patience. Very happy buyer here..and this is the second car I've purchased from California Motors Direct!!

I went in to buy a car, the car has some cracks and faded paint on it. The price was not worth it, they ended up selling it, they did find another car I was looking for BUT when I was on my way they tell me the front bumper is missing and I did leave a $500 deposit. “It was damaged while transporting it” over priced, i DO NOT TRUST THEM, I didn’t buy a car here , nor would I recommend it. Btw any and ever dealership can give you an out the door price and an itemized invoice don’t believe them if they say they can’t. Not do they need to run your credit!!! And read other reviews…. This isn’t my first time buying a car and this place is not where I’d look

The worst car buying experience. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. The vehicle needed items to be fixed on the vehicle so I left it at the dealership for 3 days. I picked up my car and left. The only thing completed was paint. The detail was not completed. The trim pieces had not been replaced. The vehicle showed that it had been 452 days since last service. The next day I took the vehicle to get a oil change at Romana tire. Ramona tire then discovered the following upon inspection. Speaking with owner and used car sales Manager I told them that the Kia showed 452 days since the last service. So I took the Kia in to Ramona TIRE located in my residence. Upon inspection by Ramona tire, the oil pan had been cracked and patched, the brakes were nearly completely worn, wiper blades worn, dirty air and cabin filter, front tires were mismatched from the rear. I showed them both the paid invoice in received from Ramona tire. They asked me why I didn't bring the Kia back to the dealership to have the repairs done here at their cost. I told them I did not feel safe driving back to the dealership. I asked if this vehicle went through a inspection or put on a lift. Manager stated in most cases yes, but this vehicle doesn't appear so. At that moment the owner stated that he had 700 cars, and the inspection may have been skipped. The owner offered me $429.00 and required me to sign a statement of fact. I kindly declined and left. As I was walking out the owner yelled, be sure to show your buyers guide. The next day, I go out in the morning and attempt to use the heater, the heater does not work either

Yes, price on car is the same w/ financing. Although you pay tax, license & registration.

Yes!!!! ALL of there cars have something wrong with them on there carfax report also they have connections with wells fargo dealer services that will approve the loan without looking at the carfax reports even though it is against there policy to approve any vehicle with frame damage. **BEWARE**
