My Shih Tzu is very hard to groom. He has been to this facility a few times but they were never able to get his nails trimmed. He allowed it. I was shocked watching it.

I have taken 5 dogs there in the last couple of months all have been rescue puppy mill dogs and Allison has been great with all of them. Taken another dog on June 3 that is blind and I know she will take great care with them. I work with a dog rescue.

I brought my German Shepherd for a nail trim/buff and teeth brushing a la cart as a walk-in during the hour before the store opened. I am new to the area and had to go back out for my phone to call my vet for rabies vaccine verification. The groomers and store clerk who had to let me in and out a few times before unlocking the door for shoppers were friendly, professional and helpful. The services were completed quickly and efficiently, and my dog seemed to enjoy the pampering. Thank you!
