I got a new 2022 Toyota RAV4 and when it was getting delivered, they got a little scratch on it. They were apologetic and fixed it immediately! So grateful for this dealership! Thank you!!

Highly recommend! I bought my first new car from Lee Toyota in Topsham this year and the process was seamless. Knowing the exact specifications and trim level I wanted may be difficult to come by and that I may need to wait a few months, I sat down with salesperson Trisha in mid-March to place an order for my RAV4 and it arrived at the end of April! The purchase process at Lee was simple, easy to understand, and there was no pressuring or selling - just friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff trying to get me the best value for my money. Beware of service dept. I have had two visits just for a simple tire rotation and both times they did not check the tire pressures, even though they wrote down all was checked and ok. Furthermore, when they rotated my mother's tires, they did not tighten the rear lug nuts. She was driving around with wobbly tires - pretty scary. They then scammed her and charged for towing to fix the problem that they caused. These guys are first class slime.
