I made a pickup order. I drove through traffic to find I didn't have an order. They were closed due to technical issues. The area manager wouldn't close the store. Instead of calling me to tell me they cancelled my order, they let me come pickup for nothing. I saw the delivery driver with bags and called to ask about delivery orders. They were still serving deliveries.It's trash they took my money and cancelled my order but didn't call to ask if I wanted it delivered instead. Eventually, I got the order with a discount, however; it all could have been avoided with a call.

Mark who is the manager is the worst! They gave me a burnt pizza! And didn't want to give me another nor want to fund me my money!! Every time I come to this location its always something!! I wish I could give this location a ZERO!! THIS LOCATION IS THIS WORST!!!

I'm pregnant so maybe it's a me thing... but why my pZone didnt have no meat in it. "That's what she said!" I'm so disappointed I just knew it was going to be all hardy and keep me full but there was nothing. Lord I dont know why I even thought pizza hut would be on they game but NO!!!!!! won't give them my time anymore... sad I'm so hungry
