I had the eggplant panini sandwich and it was really good. The food is excellent at this place located on the Square. They offer a variety of unique sandwiches with a cultural flair. Come try them out...if nothing else, for the cool name.

Cool and clean little lunch spot in the heart of Gallatin! Great service. Taste was good, but lost one star because the chicken was dry and heated in a microwave. With freshly cooked meat this would be 5+ stars.

Definitely no pizza but some of the best sandwiches that can be had.
You could probably customize an item to make it vegan but i dont think anything on the menu comes that way.
