Very good experience always. Stylists are courteous and pleasant. Love the app check in allowing me to do other things in the event there is a long wait. Gave 4 because once in rare awhile a stylist makes a mistake like uneven lengths side burns, missed a spot, etc. But it's rare.

Tried to go here and get my hair cut. The lady at the front counter said it would be 27 minutes. I told her that was fine and was going to check on something next door. She said well of you aren't going to wait, you have to check in online. I said I wouldn't be more than 10 minutes. She wouldn't budge, trying to force me to stay there and wait or use their online check in process. I left , and will NOT EVER be back to any Great Clips again. This is not the first time I have been treated rudely here, but WILL be the last!

I enjoy the online check-in! What would gain a fifth star is the ability to request the stylist when scheduling. Doing an appointment system would be even better. Kristy is awesome!! She never disappoints!!

Checked in online and was still there an hour for my son's trim. They only had 2 ladies working so I guess I need to learn to cut hair and get a job there! She did good on his hair though.

" Customers can check in online during the hours the salon is open. Online Check-In will not be available during the first five minutes a salon is scheduled to be open. This gives customers who are physically in the salon when it opens a chance to be checked in and have their names added to the wait list. We accept online check-in up until 30 minutes before closing time. You can still get a haircut at closing time, you just can't check in on the app." My friend just told me the length of time wait for first appointment varies between salons. The time ranges from 5 to 15 minutes depending upon the salon and it's managers.
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
