Went in to buy a Ruckus for my girlfriend. Worked with Barry(older hefty guy with white hair) to get the deal set up, made it super easy for him. Paid their asking price with the minor markup. I told Barry I might be interested in financing if the rates are good but I can use my own credit if not. I made that clear to him several times. He starts presenting paperwork to get the bike set up for us, I noticed a section mentioning a social security number and I told him what is this? We were not interested in the credit card after hearing the rates. We both have 760 credit scores and might be buying a house in the next 2 years so we’re trying to avoid any inquiries if possible. He says their financing department needs it’s for the bike paperwork so I said ok. He comes back and tells us we’re approved for the card and tries to act dumb like I didn’t just tell him we aren’t interested in the credit card. He straight up lied and took my girlfriend’s social and ran it for their credit card. I’m sure to get a spiff on his commission. He tries apologizing but it was obvious he knew what he was doing. Brought it up to the finance guy and he was willing to throw in a pair of gloves. Long story short: extremely shady business practices. Do not trust a word they say and make sure to read each document, Barry will lie straight to your face to get his commission.

I had my 16,000 mile service done on my 2018 Goldwing yesterday. This was a major service where most of the plastic coverings are removed from the bike to get inside. I also had a coolant and brake flush along with brake pads done. I keep my bike super clean and am very careful with it, and I was somewhat reluctant to let someone else do this thinking I would get little nicks or scratches here and there like I did with my Yamaha at Del Amo Motorsports. There wasn’t a mark on the bike when I picked it up. It still looks new. I’m super happy with my service experience, and their sales and parts people are great too. I highly recommend this dealership. Thanks Daniel for being careful with “my baby”.

Danny, Gary and Andrew were excellent in attending my needs. I was searching for a Honda rebel 1100 and they delivered. Spoke to Danny on Monday, he was so helpful he was able to put a sold sign on bike for me until the weekend. Gary and Andrew helped my family and I on the day I picked up my Honda. They were all helpful. I would not hesitate to purchase another motorcycle from HB Honda… Great place and great people. Thanks HB Honda!

Had a great experience at HB Honda picking up my Rebel 1100. Danny took great care of me and was super friendly as was the rest of the team that he introduced me to. HB Honda is a low pressure sales environment. They are more interested in establishing a good relationship with their clients for the long run. I'm very happy with their team and will be returning for service and accessories.
