I literally just left, and Brittany was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Im beating myself because I forgot to print my receipt and now I can't do the survey. She deserves it.

Pharmacy did not follow through with transfer of all prescriptions from previous Pharmacy. When I called back to find out what happened Pharmacist was very short and did not give recommendations on how to get my prescriptions refilled.Extremely disappointed in this Pharmacy and their customer service Management needs to step up!!!!!

Took over 45 min being stuck in the drive thru lane. Person in front wanted to do a Covid test. It took way too long bc CVS was not prepared with the testing materials. Called manager who was nice, but it didn't seem to help. Find another pharmacy because this one is too slow and unprepared. They also don't answer their phone.

How are bussiness going to survive with horrable customer service? I need one print from the photo center kiosk. This CVS is using the area for flu shots. I asked if I could use the kiosk for 1 print I needed immediately. I was told if I waited for the couple getting shots I could use the kiosk. So after picking up other things I needed and waiting like I was told. I approached the kiosk and the lady giving the shots told me that they were closed and I could come back after 8 pm! Put all my purchases down and left. To not return. Is there no customer service anymore? I would not make it if I ran my business like this.
