Ordered whole sub online at 1:40 with a 2:10 pick up time. Get there about 2:15 and notice half my sub is gone or they didn’t follow directions as I asked for whole. I notify deli worker and he proceeds to take it in the back. About 10 to 12 minutes later he comes back and hands it to me. As I’m walking up to register, I notice bread is extremely hard and I can feel it breaking apart through the bag. Please note I didn’t ask for toasted or pressed bread. I turn back around and proceeded back to deli. The guy notices me and I told him I no longer wanted the sub as the bread was hard. He then asks what if I give it to you for free? What do I want with it if I can’t eat it due to the bread being hard and or stale???? I’m not looking for a freeby; I have no problem with paying for what I ordered- I just ask that it’s correct and not something put together last minute or done with old bread!!! Publix needs to DO BETTER!!

Always have a great experience at this location. I am a huge fan of the subs, chicken wings and sushi. Most people are so keep in mind the deli gets crazy busy around events and holidays. Staff meets the Publix standard, i just hate the paper bags.

I have a concern on how poorly I was treated tonight. I come into your store all the time and I’ve never been treated like I have been tonight. I went to the customer service line around 8:45 pm on May 9 to cash a lottery ticket and to purchase two items. The lady asked to see my ID which I understand but she didn’t look at it to see my age. She told me that she couldn’t ring me up at one register she had me move thru customers to get to the lottery machine. Then I had to go back to the register to get rung out. I told her I was paying with the money I won and she still gave me the money back for me to have to give it back. I asked her can she type in one cash 4 for me she told me no because she had a line. It was only two people behind me.I’m 7 months pregnant and I feel it was too much to be doing. I’ve been working in retail setting for 10 years and we aren’t allowed to treat customers in such rude matter. I was in a great mood when I walked in the door but I was upset when I left . It makes me feel a certain way about your store. When I think of Publix I’m expecting exceptional customer service definitely if there’s no reason to have a bad attitude. Also she answered the phone with a real nasty attitude. I understand people have bad days but you can’t bring it to work

If you know me you know I LOVE Publix… but not this one. They only have paper bags. There was a man walking around the store playing a boom box and another day a kid skating through the aisles. Because the staff doesn’t enforce the rules shopping is NOT a pleasure.
