Waited with my sons in line for over 30 mins. Would have left but they were so hungry after playing. At that point whatever was in the bag we were keeping. Lady handed us the bag and she saw I was about to check. Immediately said " its all in there". Got everything in order WRONG! Even the cokes were watered down. Never going back!

After placing my order, I had to wait just over 10 minutes to receive my food...however, I didn't mind the wait as the server ensured that my order was made fresh...and it was. 😊 I'm usually not a big fan of Krystal's but I have to admit that they scored a home-run, touch down and/or a slam dunk as my order was fresh and delicious. Thank you to Krystal for a tasty and wonderful meal experience...their Chilli fries are Tha Bomb Dot Com!!!!

We stopped at 2:30am. No one was manning the drivethru. Went inside and the floor was super slick. There were not any staff. The place was vacant. I called out several times and no one answered. There were shoes and some taco bell at a table.

The food is normally hot. Short staff here. Excessive wait time. Two lane drive through but only one is usually operational. As of 7/2/2021 they have a rating of 100. Surprisingly good with little help. Due to the long wait they do not offer at least a free item this is why I rated it a 2.

Yes, at times This Krystal is very very slow Oh, I've had to pull out of the line and just forget about the order several times.

They can be slow inside, too. Worth waiting for if you have the time, though.
