I use to love Marco's and their fast delivery. However, today I'm still waiting on a delivery order that was placed over an hour ago. I called to follow up on the delivery time and was told she's on the way, but she has multiple orders to take at once. Whomever answer kept saying she is almost to you, without asking me any of my information. When she finally called out an address that wasn't mine,she goes "oh she'll be to you soon". Why not just stop taking delivery orders or why not be up front. At least papajohns tell you, you'll be waiting 2 hours, so I can make the decision to pick up or cancel. If my child wasnt so hungry and everything else is closing I'd cancel the order. I won't be ordering from them again.

Take out , Everything Was Burned Expect the Salad that had Old Mushy Tomatoes. They Have The Settings on their Pizza Oven Set On The Highest.. They should get that fixed... It was hard to chew the crust was soo hard n dry.

Pizza was subpar and they used canned ingredients. But the customer service was worse; the owner didn't inform us that our order was ready. When we questioned him, he refused to speak with my husband (we are both African American) and referred us to the one African American employee in earshot. Very rude!
