To those of you who have been wrongfully towed from private property, given deceptive information regarding fees, hours of operation, and city law, please make sure to go to your local Superior Court to file a Small Claims or Class Action lawsuit against Dynamic Towing. It won’t take much time and is very low cost. Make sure you gather as many pictures, videos, receipts, and documentation as possible. They lied to me directly about the towing fees being “the City of Pomona’s standard fees” (I have this on recording) when they’re a private towing company. I have already went to the police to inquire more information and will go through my lawyers for litigation on top of small claims since I have all the time in the world, and I can’t stand the fact that this evil business is doing consistent malice and intentional harm to my community and neighbors. The workers there should be ashamed of themselves.

I just want to said the is nothing because they tow my car from the apartment where I live and I asked why if was in my parking spot they tell me I don't have it sticker permit I wf I asked you really check if is or isn't and all they said sorry yes is there but still if you want you car have to paid to get my car.

i remember a few days ago i saw your tow truck in our complex. he was stopped there for a couple minutes at the stop sign. i called earlier about my car be stolen. no notification...nothing. not even the cops. if you took my car and didnt leave a notification. you will be hearing from my lawyer. nobody told you to take my car. ,my car was up to date. theres no reason to be taking my car. towing companies dont make much btw. but my lawyer will be making a visit once we find out who took it
