The manager Nicole is EXTREMELY rude and had TERRIBLE Customer service. USPS made a mistake of not putting the proper labeling on my shipment. I received the boxes back days later (beat up) after paying priority to get it there in time. I took it back to USPS with my receipt and simply wanted it sent CORRECT. Nicole was so rude taking a personal call in the middle of "helping" she offered no apologies or soultion, she attempted to say I didn't pay the amount the was CLEARLY on the receipt (I had to point it out to her) then started I would have to leave my name and number so she could "address the clerk, who did this incorrectly because he was on lunch" she walked away to help a tree trimming guy. Still had no resolution. She has a very poor attitude and should not be in management. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAISTE TIME, GAS, AND STILL NOT HAVE YOUR SHIPMENT SENT CORRECT. Went to Upland USPS and had 0 problems in fact Steve was extremely helpful and courteous.

This is a GREAT post office!!! I go here every day and get great service. I don't know why so many people left bad reviews! FACT: in this location - as long as your in line by 5pm - they will be letting you in. Doesn't mater if there's 20 people in line outside the doors. Everyone will be taken care of. NO other post office does that!. Also if the package drawer is locked because it's full- you can knock on the closed doors and they will let you in to put packages on the counter. It's the best post office I've ever been to!

Received a note at my door that my package was ready for pickup at this location, stood in line for ~15 minutes, and then the clerk informs me that my package is still on the truck. Other than that one personal experience, the clerks are rushed, difficult to understand, and it is dirty. Also, the entrance to the postal office can be easily missed. On a positive note, there is plenty of parking!

Never had any real problems with this post office. But when trying to call today (for over ½ hour) I kept getting the phone picked up & immediately hung up, very frustrating & unprofessional on this instance. Only wanted to know how long the lobby was open to be able to collect my box mail. Here is for anyone else curious (it wasn't always open 24 hrs - in the past, I missed the cutoff time & was closed in the PAST). I'm including a picture of the times for anyone else needing this information.
