This office is awful. The receptionist checking you in is beyond rude and flippant. And I don't know about anyone else's experience, but my case worker never answers her phone calls or responds. I personally went in to fill out my application and I'm getting totally ignored. My worker is Ms. Sanchez. Avoid her and ask for a new case worker. Even after reporting this person, she still has not returned my calls. Just sent me a warning letter if I didn't contact her by the 15th my application would be closed. WTH.

I've been there many times and always I received an excellent services. You have to make a line to get the number then you have to wait to be called for a social worker, of course I have to wait. My advice is , if you planned to go some to the Government offices go with time in advance and be patient.
Jennifer
It was good at first. She was emailing me ands swearing my calls when she needed more of my check stubs. Now that I have given her my stubs I haven't heard from her in over 3 weeks and I'm calling and emailing constantly. She said it would be on there immediately after I send it to her. Why am I still waiting 3 weeks later?
