I would definitely recommend coming here for any type of family event or even by yourself! They have an hour of unlimited tubing for only 20$ so you definitely get your money's worth. One of the nearest offers they have though is definitely the trout pond because not only do they provide the fishing poles and the bate but the pond is FULLY stocked with beautiful rainbow trout! I just absolutely love this place. And to top it off the retail items are super super cute!

Looking for some fun excitement this is your place. We did tubing and the screaming coaster. The coaster was so much fun and I highly recommend going there to do this. It is fun and zips around the corners. You do get to control the speed…I on the hand went full speed. This particular coaster opened in December of 2021 and it is the longest in the state of North Carolina. If this is the longest it is the only one I’d go to in NC. Go ride this coaster. We also did the snow tubing. The tubing itself was a blast, but the customer service on top was absolutely awful by the guys up there. We all understand you are busy and need to keep the lines moving, but there are nice ways of saying it. No excuse for their actions on how they spoke to women and kids. Upon entry the woman that took my $400+ for our admission snapped at us for not moving fast enough. We can only go as fast as she is, so no idea what her problem was. I do recommend going to this place as it is a blast, but don’t expect to get good customer service. Hopefully, they can learn how to be kinder to their guests. Ultimately it comes from the leadership above. They do provide food in the restaurant. The parking is pretty big. Bathrooms were clean. 3 stars for the poor customer service. Go there to have fun, but don’t go for service.

Wonderful place to spend time with your family in Christmas! If you are thinking where to go for snow tubing while staying in Georgia , this is the place!! We traveles from Dahlonega, GA. First thing is that you wont spend time waiting in long lines. Also, their customer service is really awesome. They have so many things to do: snow tubing (for little kids and big kids /adults) ice skating, and the coaster. It’s good for you to know that they are located on top of the Scaly Mountain , it’s a really high drive but with a spectacular view. Trust me you won’t be disappointed, you will love it!!

Awesome time. The whole family of ages ranging from 4 to 37 years old had a blast. The kids hill could be more fun and the snow fresher, and the coaster could have been cheaper. For the coaster, It was $68 for 3 adults and 2 kids riding with adults. We all wanted to ride again, but not for an auto insurance payment (total). Small issue - you should put out a return box for the clips that you use for the tags. I returned all five and they seemed dumbfounded that someone would return them. Encouraging people to return them should save money and conserve a vital resource. They aren't paperclips, they are heavy.
