Our family was very interested and visited this facilities. At the lobby we met a older tall Caucasian gentleman, Mike. He is extremely rude and did not have any professionalism and compassion to answer any of our questions. I'm glad to visit and checked upon this facility myself to find out what kind of people work here.

Probably $5,300 and it includes meals for one person, you would pay addtl amt for 2nd person. And remember if additional care (dispensing meds, laundry) is needed, addtl charges apply. Not a lot of 2 bedrooms available. Call and get a tour, that's the best way to get a feel for the place. If you're at all active, it's a nice place to live with lots of activities and a lot if Jewish atmosphere.
