Scott our salesman was super nice. Very informative. Not pushy at all. He was able to give us all the information that was asked of him. Showed us what we were looking for and even did a nationwide search for what we wanted, to see if there was any better options for us. We ended up buying the camper he showed us. The whole process was very smooth. Even after the paperwork was signed and the camper was ours, as is no warranty because it was a used unit, one of the lights came off the outside of the camper and Scott got us a replacement on order and is going to have it replaced for us. All around great experience! Would definitely recommend!

So far the best Camping world I have been to. I'm a travel nurse and live full time in my RV. Was able to get in fairly quickly, only a couple of days once the sub contractor for whirlpool came out, since I have a full size fridge and Camping World doesn't service residential fridges. My service point of contact Jessica was fantastic 5/5. Even bought me lunch when Whirlpool changed from morning scheduled appointment to evening appointment with no notice.

We just wanted to let you know that Scott is a rockstar! He was very informative and not pushy at all! Scott knew we were not ready to make a purchase that day and still spent quality time with us. He made sure we saw the different floor plans, explained the weight limits and made us aware Of the different materials the RVs were constructed of. He shared a wealth of information that will help us make a sound decision in the near future. And you better believe that we will drive back down from NC to make our purchase from Scott!! At my absolute wits end w/Camper world in Oakwood. They’ve had our camper going on 9 months now for repairs. Please know I understand we have gone through a huge pandemic. Their lack of communication and excuse are beyond my understanding. No one reaches out if you contact their corporate office. It’s been one excuse after the other regarding parts and the distributor. I can guarantee you if I was an employee or family member of the owner I’d most certainly have my camper returned. Keep in mind we have no trips to plan, continue to pay for our camper as well as storage. Where does the customer service come in? I would never recommend anyone to use Camper world. I Will travel to another state to purchase my next camper. Very unsatisfied customer to say the least.
