I used to love you guys but now I wolf t eat here to save my life the customer service and lack or professionalism at the establishment is sad and I wouldn’t even try to complain the mangers cause they don’t care at all I ordered a sandwhich and it took over 2 hour to get to me mind you i am half a mile away from them on Route 10 in east Hanover. When i called the store i was on hold for 20 minutes. The driver then calls me and asks me what’s the address for my delivery like are kidding me all of that information is in the delivery instruction. When i finally got my food the driver strolls I’m nonchalantly with my order and it we cold. The worst part is they took two to bring me my food and not only was it cold but they completely messed up my order and added ingredients i did not ask for. Safe to say this is the last time i order from Domino’s because everytime I order my food is cold and the order is wrong . Papa johns is better

I am a regular at this location, just picked up a Pan & Hand-tossed pizza. They are always on-time, accurate & pizza always taste awesome. The staff are also very friendly. Highly recommend!

Pathetic service, such a rude behavior. The guy came out in a attitude on the driver’s side for the curb side pickup order. Even though in the instructions I put passenger’s side. Upon checking I realized one of the orders was wrong, toppings were wrongly placed and the other pie was undercooked. I ignored that, however, I went inside and let the guy know about the problem with second pie, he told the other guy who put the toppings I guess, he asked me again what’s wrong with it. I repeated myself, they started looking at the order’s instructions and threw away the pizza box on the counter. That guy who prepared the order without apologizing for the mistake said it will be 15 mins , i said I’m running late for my son who’s waiting for me to be picked up from work. He replied rudely, “ do you want a refund ”? I said no it’s our dinner but who’s mistake is that? I’m late for the pickup and have to wait outside for 15 more minutes. He said "what do you want to do refund or the wait?”It’s not about the mistake, anybody can make a mistake, it’s about attitude. If you’re not apologetic for your mistake, for someone’s time that you have wasted. It’s not acceptable. Worst experience at this place.

Don’t buy pizza from this people I order online and after 2 and off hour driver show up when I make phone call and she say we have only one driver and he have 8 delivery so I am last one when I got my pizza is cold I can’t eat even so I trash it please void this place thanks
