There was a $75 deposit fee (which was not listed in the booking) that was charged to my account (in case of room damages & smoking). The joined room next door had people smoking in there - when I called to complain they offered a downgraded room. They charged me extra for checking out later (without notifying me)! There is no microwave, coffee maker & hangers in the room. The TV has bad signal and limited channels. There is no room service of any kind. The upside is that it is quiet & a Target nearby to get supplies. Honestly, there should not be a deposit fee & they should let you know about the checking out late fee. I would only come back here if I had no other choice.

This place was terrible. I found a roach on my bed the first night. The hotel was filthy, there was no maid service, the shower did not work properly and the main elevators were not working. There was no ice machine and my room was disgusting. Only slightly better than sleeping on the street. Never again.

An awful experience. To start, the hotel charged a $75 deposit in advance if you smoked in the room or left after checkout. My wife and I never smoked in our lives. We thought we would get stiffed. The hotel is an old dump. Repairs have not been done in many years. There were also several seedy characters walking around the hotel. We were very happy to leave OYO.

At $65 per night including taxes, expect a locking door, clean sheets and a toilet that flushes. They have about a dozen microwaves and refrigerators that they move from room to room, so you never know if you're going to get one. The front staff, probably significantly underpaid, have very poor customer service skills and you should not expect much and if they meet your expectations, you're ahead of the game. They take a $75 credit card deposit, but I do not know why. The combined total price of all of the furniture in that room is probably $50, maybe the TV is worth another $50. I stay there because I have to at times and every time I do, I dread going and wonder what I'm going to run into this time. They need to pay more attention to the little things. They can make many improvements without spending any money. I hope I don't get terrible treatment with this review the next time I'm there but this is a constructive and honest review. I am not bashing them at all, I'm often there and wouldn't if it was a horrible place to go.
