James took care of my husband & I and we had a very poor customer service experience. He was rude and arrogant, he was about to hand us the wrong phone ( serial # has to match) until I caught it, and in the end he didn't connect my phone for the "switch" at home. My husband had to call Verizon and of course this turned into a 2 hour ordeal!

I came in to this place based off of a commercial talking about $800 credits buying out your old phone and paying off your old phone and I went and spoke to the store manager I explained him how my phone was mint condition S21 ultra5g Samsung phone and I was promised I would get the $800 in credits and that my plan would be 115 a month turns out my 1st bill is 297 and my Billie each month is 136 I was duped lied to pulled in like a car salesman just to be a customer it's disgusting at 45 I have 22 years of customer service under my belt and I would never dare do this to a customer I am outraged and I am calling Verizon everyday!!!!!for help for credits or I will leave and go back to xfinity!!

We were not acknowledged when we arrived, however the 2 or 3 came after were acknowledged when they entered. I had to ask someone for help just to get an employee to finally acknowledge that I was there. For corporate store, the customer service could have been much better.

It was terrible! I waited an hour and fifteen minutes. 5 employees were working and only 2 customers were being helped as I waited. Verizon is no longer the well-oiled machine it used to be. A total waste of time. When I was finally helped I was treated professionally, but the wait. Come on Verizon, you can do better.

It would appear that repairs and any adjustments ate usually handled online. That said, there are some kindly staff that will try to assist.
