I've never had a problem with the food being prepared or picking up on time. The owner doesn't have change in the register and there are no signs posted that you need exact change. That is pretty much like stealing. If you can't give me change tell me so I can pay by card or bring in exact change. I now have a .68 credit I'll be applying next time I go there if I go back. Just tell people you don't want to get change there is no more change shortage that's just lazy.

This is ONE of the worst customer service locations connected to Domino's Pizza. The worst part about this location is most of the workers located here are ALL black people. Domino's need to be MORE DIVERSED in predominantly black locations. I say this simply because I was treated like I didn't belong here. The young lady was working by herself (not my fault that's corporate fault), and she ignored me when I told her I was her to pick up an order that clearly stated on my phone it was "READY for Pick-Up." She ignored me and took a telephone order right in front t of me like I wasn't there. Of course, I showed my true colors. Why must I show my TRU COLORS (no question mark needed). Another customer came in heard the loudness and told me, "This is not the first or last time you will get service like this." He also had an order to pick-up. WE both waited 20 minutes more watching this worker, casually AND nonchalantly box 6 pizzas and prepared them like WE weren't there. I AM NOT EXAGGERATING!!! Basically she wanted to prove to US that she will move when she get's READY to move. I was BEYOND mad!!! I was about to leave, but then I asked myself, "Why must I go outside my OWN community and go to another location in order to get good and descent service. I love NEWARK NJ!!! Newark did not MAKE the people the people MADE Newark. She finally proved her point and decided to give US our service. After I paid, I wanted to show her that money "Ain't NO THANG" and toss that "Waited Food" right on the glass barrier. It was the principle that matters. But I didn't want to give her the benefit and plus my momma wanted her food. ****ENCLOSING*** Domino's NEED to hire MORE diverse people in predominantly black locations. Make customers feel like, "It's not me, it's just the people that Domino's Pizza hire." That's my opinion and I'm sticking to it. ~DUN

Worst dominos I have ever visited. They literally throw the dough with some cheese at rolling toaster and give your pizza within a minute. Stay away from this domino, but it would be better if you run away from this store, unless you want to get diarrhea.

Literally had to go to the damn place to place my order. They never pick up the damn phone.
Yes. Your better off going to ShopRite on Springfield Avenue and buy yourself a DiGiorno Pizza.😂😉
Smh. I always order online
because they are rude and don't care about customers
I have never had an issue at this Domino's Pizza. Sorry.
