We order a pizza tonight and never received it and it stated on their app that it has been delivered we tried call them but they were closed we just want our money back we never received our order domino’s is a horrible business because of their employees

If there was a way that I can give a negative star rating I would. Never again will order from this Domino. I placed my order for pick up at 8:21pm. I went to pick up at 9pm. When I arrived home and took a slice out of the box, I noticed that my pizza was halfway raw. I checked the second box which is a thin crust pizza and it was also raw. I called the store to let them know and asked if they can make me a new order, their response was “I don’t understand what you’re saying.” I asked if they can make me another order and the person was very defensive and gave me a hard time. Eventually the person agreed to make my new order as long as I bring back the two original pies. I asked how long it would take and the person said 30 minutes. Thirty minutes later my significant other went to the store because I was breastfeeding my newborn. They gave him a hard time telling him that they don’t remember having that conversation and they never agreed to make the pizza. The female team member reminded the guy that took the call that he did make the phone call. Then the guys says well it’s been too long and you brought the pizza cold. Uhmmmm hello!!! Pizza will not stay hot for thirty minutes lol they team member was very disrespectful and argumentative, he eventually reordered my order and took his time making it. My pizza was not ready until almost 12am. When I ate the pizza, it tasted very disgusting as if tho the dough was old. As I write this review, I feel very nauseous and will be going to the ER to make sure I did not get sick from eating this pizza. The team there needs to be trained in proper customer service. There also needs to be a night manager. From reviews I’ve seen, this place is a joke and Domino clearly isn’t doing anything to improve.

I order starting this month ever since I moved this year . I order the usual Alfredo pasta , sometimes I might get pizza or wings but always Alfredo . Today I order 2 Alfredo and one of my chicken Alfredo had sausage in it I was so digusted and just so many things ran in my head to WHY there was sausage in my chicken Alfredo . I looked all over the dominos page to place a complaint but I couldn’t find it so , here goes my review . It’s either the kitchen isn’t clean or they’re making everyone food at once . Either way this is unacceptable .

Ordered and paid online but still waited 15 minutes once I got there because the guy was on the phone taking orders and the other was ignoring everyone.
