I've been getting my business cards, post cards, tri-folds and other prints made with Frank for years! I'm getting married in October and he's working with me to ensure I have the BEST paper for the coffee staining I'll be doing to them. I got lots of printed samples on different textures, thicknesses, and colors of paper. He'll listen to your needs and make sure you get exactly what you ask for. As a tip, screen color and printed color can be very different. If you have time for your project, let him know the color it should be and request a proof. This will ensure that the screens and prints match up to your expectations. Once the proof is approved, Frank will handle the rest!

Ace Print Agency is AWESOME! I have been with them for all my printing projects since 2016 and they always come through with flying colors! I was expecting a rather difficult job to be done within 5-7 business days and they called me less than 24 hours after I sent in my design and had it all done and ready for pickup. If you do your part and send your stuff in on time, Frank and his team will take care of you and make sure you look good! I would highly highly recommend using them for all your printing needs from business cards, to marketing material, to stickers, to holiday cards, and personalized tshirts!

We had a time sensitive print request. He guaranteed our order would be done in 2 business days. After almost 2 months later, giving several products in order to complete the needed prints, Frank increased the price. He repeatedly delayed his turnaround after verbal and written promises guaranteeing completion. He shared that the order was complete and just needed to be picked up repeatedly. It took many phone calls and emails to follow up when he said he would call us back. He said the order was done but then the morning we were going to drive to pick it up, he emailed saying he couldn't complete it. All the products we gave him were damaged and not returned back to us. We have followed up again and again and did not hear back from him. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Could never recommend.

Digital printing is normally used when the quantities are low or you need printing done within 1 or 2 days. We use Canon, RIcoh or Oki envelope printer and it is used using toner vs ink.
when it comes to wide format the sizes are much larger, any size we can print so we would need information on what size you are looking for and what type of material
Wide format printing is used to create banners, large posters, signs, tents, flags and anything usually used for outdoor advertising.
Depends on what type of business you are in and if you are giving away the item at an event or if you are giving them away as you visit customers. Popular items people keep are water bottles, bags, sunglasses, bottle opener, koozie, desk accessories....
We do not have minimum quantities so with Ace Print you can order as low as 5 pieces.

As for coatings we have available its from semi gloss, gloss, silk coating, silk lamination, suede lamination, dull/matte coating.
The standard size for business card is 3.5 X 2 and european size is 3.375 X 2.125. now a days most people want to be different or custom so many do want square cards or cards with custom finish like double thick, custom paper or edge painted.
if we are designing anything please have as much info as possible, colors, logo, text info, samples of something you like. It makes it faster, easier and cheaper if we all are on the same page and we know what you are looking for.
