I said nevermind association fees they do not stay at the same price you can't rent out a room or rent out the whole mobile home I see most of these mobile home they don't even fix him up and they're charging a lot on fees same with the townhomes

Clean, well taken care of. Guest parking stalls are carefully watched. I enjoy visiting friends there. I feel safe.

The cost depends on how long the mobile home has been on the property. Each year, cost goes up a certain amount, meaning older homes pay more rent. Also, when the mobile home is sold to a new owner, the new owners pay a higher rent than previous owners. This encourages older homes to be removed from the property to keep newer homes in the complex keeping the complex's modern appearance. New mobile home rent space can go as low as 800 per month. We pay nearly 1,600 monthly since our home has had many previous owners and is an older model as well.
Last time I checked 1300 to 1500. That was the beginning of last year.
