Absolutely horrible. I own a small business and They’ve forgot to scan multiple packages that I’ve dropped in the “convenient” drop box, customers haven’t received their packages, I get attitude and feel SO uncomfortable going in there when I drop packages off. I avoid this location because the workers don’t want to work, atleast the two that I always deal with. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who wants to make sure their customers get their items.

I'm very disappointed about the service that I received this morning from a guy under name Jonathan. And also from a guy under name Robert, who tried to fix the situation with more money on the change. I have been costumer of this office for more than 10 years and is the first time that I have this unprofessional service.

Filled out a card to stop our mail for vacation.They only held it for a few days and we discovered this because we checked our security cameras. Thankfully we have a great neighbor who helped us out. When we went to pick up what they held and told them what happened, they could have cared less...absolutely NO response...horrible customer service.
