The worst dmv location I have ever been too. Especially the woman who works in the written test room. She lies because she doesn’t know how to do her job. But more importantly, 4 employees violated my disability rights and mistreated me during my visit. And that’s a government agency!!!! No one even takes responsibility for their actions!

Since we arrived with my son at the entrance I was attended by a young man with long hair Very friendly and very attentive, he even gave my son a chocolate and directed me to where I had to go I reached a computer I put my data and the lady who attended me in that same step, very professional, the bad thing came later... BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS SERVED BY A LADY NAMED ""Marta""" already elderly with a lousy character perhaps because she saw me Latino she treated me like that but I still think they should give young graduates a chance to get new blood and the era of DINOSAURS is over.

Made an appointment for the real ID. Which is a long process to do online. One needs to wait for all the documents to get preapproved. After a process of 24 hours I was able to get an appointment. Which was a week out. Once I showed up to my appointment at 12:20pm the person whom greeted me was very nice and helpful. I was told to have a seat and wait for my number to be called,It took about 15-20 minutes. It was not to busy. Once I get to the window(18) the person who was supposed to be assisting me was on their phone for a good minute mauve 2 several times I said hello no responses. I know the process so I handed him my paperwork and the slip asked for my ID and ask to make sure all my information was correct on the tablet. Check and they were staring up into the ceiling I told them I was done continue looking at the ceiling. I repeated myself for a third time "I'm done " shakes their head and says I need a nap to snap out of it. Checks my paperwork throws my ID towards me. And says to themselves what am I doing. Ask for my form of payment without telling me how much I'm paying. Gave him 40 dollars cash hands me my paperwork and to sign I'm waiting for my change still. Told him I needed change cause it was 37 dollars. They Said didn't I give it to you already I said no. Counts the drawer and said oh yeah I didn't continues to say I sure didn't. It's only Monday. Then says go to window 22 for your picture. I Just found their attitude a bit too unprofessional for someone whom is working at the DMV.
