Terrific place in a great location! We found it on the spur of the moment looking for a place near interesting restaurants while crossing SC on 85. Even with a same day reservations made after business hours the host was very responsive texting the door code and getting maintenance to fix a light bulb. It's an old house so there was some noise from other guests walking around but it wasn't a problem. I'll happily stay at the Swamp Rabbit next time I'm in Greenville.

Loved the casual vibe. Room was plenty roomy. The common area was really relaxing. Enjoyed dinner on the out door patio (self catered). Self serve breakfast was easy. Missed the promised cringle ( I grew up with those, so know how awesome they are). Will stay again.

I loved my visit to Greenville and my stay at the Swamp Rabbit Inn. The inn has a great location and everywhere I wanted to visit was within walking distance. My room was clean and spacious. I had a wonderful conversation with the caretaker who gave me insight into places to go for both great food and fun activities.

The Swamp Rabbit in is super cute and very clean! Walking distance to downtown Greenville was awesome. We stayed for one night in November and it was a welcome change from a standard hotel room. Very cool common area with tons of suggestions for local restaurants and activities. Easy, convenient, free parking.
