SwampRabbit CrossFit is by far one of the nicest gyms I have ever been to. In addition to being extremely clean, the equipment was high quality and the programming was fun. Shannon and Garrett were both very helpful and professional. I plan on coming back the next time I am in Greenville.

If you're looking for a gym that is welcoming and encouraging, this is the place for you. Awesome coaches and friendly folks! It doesn't matter your fitness level (athlete or never stepped foot inside a gym), body type , age (I'm 56), etc., this CF box is such a positive place to workout. You just show up, do your best, and have fun. No one cares how much weight or how little weight you lift.I modify and scale everything, so if you can't do a pull-up or any exercise, there's always a modification. It's you against yourself and we all cheer each other on. That's what it's all about here, so be courageous (I know starting something new can be scary) and give this box a try. Come for the workouts and you'll end up staying because of the wonderful people.
