what a fun little course. great track for a fun relaxed 18 (9) holes. grass range. the smaller greens + elevation into the side of the mountain make it challenging as well. bunkers very soft sand were in great condition as well as the greens just were a little slow. staff were very friendly and funny. Give it a go!

Have been golfing at Pickens Country Club before and enjoyed it very much until today... Had 3 golfers with me today that had never golfed before and so many of the other golfers that were golfing behind us were very rude and obnoxious.... Swearing at my youngest son , telling us to get off the course... 1 individual harassed my wife and son in the parking lot while I was in the pro shop letting the staff know what had taken place while we attempted to have an enjoyable day of golfing... We ended up only golfing 6 holes instead of 9 due to other golfers being disrespectful... I told the staff member that we would never golf here again, that we didn't come to be harassed and disrespected by other golfers... The staff member did apologize and tried to give us a voucher for another time which I appreciated but I told him we didn't come here for that type of experience... I felt many of the other golfers were very rude and you shouldn't be treated that way by anyone... My wife and son were so upset that I don't know if they'll ever want to learn how to golf now... I've been treated better in a bar

On vacation from Kansas, stopped by and played 18 holes. The clubhouse employees were awesome, and the course was tough but fair. I recommend this place for anyone. I will definitely play here again when I come back.

My opinion is biased. We love the place. I have been golfing here since I was a teenager playing caddy for my Uncles. I even taught my kids how to play golf here. Good local and laid back environment.
