I have been living here for almost a year and it is TERRIBLE. I 100% DO NOT recommend this place. There are at least 3 times in a month where we couldn't use any water ( Bathroom sink, Kitchen sink, Shower, and Toilets ), for almost the whole day. The washer and Dryer room is always out of order, and just today I had to walk all the way to the other apartment complex to wash my clothes. There had been countless of times, iv'e seen homeless people around this complex, I encountered one at 9:00 pm in the night, the lady was there yelling and screaming for about 2 hours after one of the residents in this complex called the cops. The employee's are very lazy, there have been many times where I had problems, and had to go to the Leasing Office and no one was there. I also had to wait for one employee ( He was a large white male ) to finish his coffee for him to open the Gym door for me. This place is absolutely terrible, and I would 100% not recommend this Apartment.

We moved to this apartment two weeks ago. I really liked the service in the office. Alysa has always competently and promptly answered many of my questions. Since it was the first time we made out a rent of housing, there are many moments that we are doing for the first time. Thank you very much for your understanding and patience. The area is very beautiful, green and we hope it's safe! The guys who serve the apartments are very attentive to all our requests. My family likes everything !!!

This is a very nice community. The office staff and maintenance staff are helpful and easy to work with. Recently had a small water leak and maintenance responded quickly and took care of it. The crew left the apt. cleaner than before the leak. last year wanted to relocate to a lower floor apt. the office staff was very helpful in making it happen. Great location for bus transportation and shopping.

I would like to thank Alyssa for making my daughters move such a positive one. We all know how stressful it can be, both pre and post move. There were a number of questions that she answered expeditiously over the phone as well as having hard copies of rental information available for us to pick up at the leasing office. She did everything in a professional as well as positive way. She also provided my daughter with a post move in list which allowed her to note any items that needed attention after her move in. These were also addressed immediately. My daughter is looking forward to begin enjoying the amenities of the complex as the COVID restrictions are relaxed but for now she is delighting in the beauty of the trees and the wonderful OSO Creek trail. She will be a happy resident for many years! Thank you Alyssa. Mary
