Worse customer service and misinformed item database that when I lost my phone on the bus, I called and was told that they did have my phone and that I could come in the following day to pick it up so upon my arrival the next day, they then informed me that no they didn't have it the item number I was given the previous day, is for a different phone that was already picked up by someone else and they unlocked the phones screen/device it at the time it was picked up, which was 1 huge waste of my time as well as being an inconvenience to the person who gave me a ride to and from the storage warehouse that octa stores every thing that was even left on aby1 of their public transportation vehicles transpors

I don't know where they hire the clerical staff but they are truly rude and useless. I waited one time when my phone got stolen like 6 or 7 minutes while the girls talked to each other and then was acknowledged. Let's not talk about the phone service.... Wow talk about being placed on hold... Now u know why... They are busy.... talking..... and leaving the calls on hold till they're ready. And thus is from personal experience and being at office while they were doing this. It's sad!
