Just went to Mr. Tequilas tonight and it was one of the best, if not the best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to. Absolutely gorgeous interior, very welcoming and kind aroma, wonderful staff. Etc. I have a daughter in a wheelchair full time and it was fully accessible and the staff moved the wheelchair for us. It’s the little things that make this place great. When we were seated we were greeted kindly by our waiter and got our drinks very quickly. Now for the main course, I got enchiladas and they were wonderful. Not only that but I asked for no sour cream but it had sour cream on it (no biggie I was just gonna scrape it off) but our kind waiter insisted on getting me a new one(s). The food was great, they have wonderful appetizers and a wide variety of food. As well as pretty good prices. Overall an amazing experience at Mr. Tequilas, amazing interior decor, service, food, and experience. I wish it was in my home town of Birmingham because I would most definitely go back. All love to the owner for letting my family have a great night.

Delicious, authentic Mexican food. We visited on vacation to Siesta Key beach. The service was quick, polite, and attentive. Food was great! I usually never finish a whole plate in one sitting (I have to take to-go boxes), but I did here! Pictured are the tacos rancheros with shrimp.

Good food, good service and reasonably priced. Not a fancy location, but once inside it is quite amazing. Whoever decorated the place had great imagination.

The restaurant was great and the food was delicious. I loved the beans and rice along with the beef burrito I had. It was a lunch special I believe. They even brought out chips and salsa which was delicious. I do wish they had salt & pepper shakers on the tables, but truly not an issue. Our server was great and she was very prompt. Truly would recommend this place to anyone with the area.
