On behalf of my parents: On Mother's Day weekend 5/11-5/12, my wife and I went to an Allstar softball tournament. Here are some good and bad points Good Participation of the players, all the teams singing and dancing together after the rain while they were waiting for the field to be prepped,a true sisterhood. Bad Tournament facilitators paired teams from drawing numbers out of a hat, not by wins, losses and runs scored. There were winners and losers on Saturday. On Sunday, one game was played and then it rained. The teams waited for the field to be prepped but it never occurred because the field crew didn't want to come out on Mother's Day. At that point the officials decided to do a coin toss to determine first place winners for each bracket. Not a good experience to teach our young people. It indicates to them that is ok to gamble. REALLY BAD FORM! All the girls lost out because of this. They played their hearts out and it was a slap in the face to show them that their skills meant nothing, only the coin landing on heads or tails. Shame on you for duping the other adults into thinking the tournament would be played according to team statistics. The team members were sad because some of the ones that won knew they didn't deserve it. And the ones that lost didn't understand how they lost because they had won so many games yet still lost the championship. Family's, coaches and other adults work hard to teach right, wrong, sportsmanship and team spirit, only to have it torn down by a coin toss. My family and I will never attend another game at your field again. I do hope you will help your girls learn that it's not all about the game but good sportsmanship that will keep the sisterhood alive. If you ever want to play some softball games done the right way, please leave your coins at home. We play on merit not chance.

No complaints. My boys have hit lot's of homers herecand have won quite a few tournaments. Parking can get tight when there are games on all the fields, but that is to be expected.
