This is not your typical big box craft store. I was welcomed warmly, politely told where I could find what I wanted and checked out calmly and efficiently. What a treat! And they had everything I needed to finish my project. (And some things I didn't know I had to have.... They just jumped into my basket!)

An overall great experience to shop for specialty thread & fabric not found in my home town. I highly recommend this shop, as the workers were all very polite, respectful & helpful to find what I needed. The checkout girl even provided me with a coupon (bc I had none) that made my purchase manageable. I enjoyed shopping here!

Came to Joann Fabrics to find a sticker to glue onto a felt hat. Instead I ended up buying another fun hat that was on sale for a few bucks that fits my dog perfectly. I had a series of coupons I received in the mail which was nice to get a discount. Staff was helpful in finding things. Just wish there was a little more of a selection in stickers for my crafts.

Prices and selection are OK. The floors look like it hasn't been swept in months and I always wait in a long line to make my purchases. There is lots of fabric inventory but the overall look and feel here is tired. . If it weren't for my wife insisting on coming here, I probably wouldn't.
