Excellent service from Tesh (sp?). I recognized her from seeing her previously at the Bee Ridge store because she was so nice! Great too see her smile at the window at the Fruitville store.

Horrible customer service. Manager was argumentative when I told him the chalupa bread was hard. He Even admitted that he cooked them and were sitting there for 30 min! Really! Mexican pizza tasted weird. It tasted like all I was eating was grease! Did they not change it ?? Horrible place.

They do not care about their lobby customers. 3 other people and I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for our orders while they were quickly serving cars in the drive-thru. They only started making our food after they cleared out all the cars. Then the girl behind the counter still had the nerve to say that they do their orders in order of when they receive them.

Very burnt and I got nacho cheese in it they forgot that they forgot the bacon and the guy said it looks fine to me. I will not be coming back here.
