Waited long time for the order, once we got it my family was so hungry so started to eat and half way through we realized that we had no cheese or bacon in any of the sandwiches. Since this was a mobile order unable to get any partial credit. Chick fil a has to do something to improve this level of service. They only offered additional sides and nothing else.

I'm usually a original Chick-fil-A sandwich guy. But this time I got a spicy chicken sandwich. I wasn't too happy I won't get it again just give me the original and it was awesome. Service was always great it always is and always will be probably thank you

Alex was outstanding!! We splattered ketchup by accident and Alex couldn't have been nicer. He was so kind. It was a joy to meet him. What a gentleman and kind person. He deserves a raise!!! His customer support was amazing, way above and beyond. He made our visit an absolute joy!!!

This Chick-fil-A used to be my favorite location, but not anymore. They either give me the wrong food I order (which was no big deal for a bit) until it became a routine..The workers are rude or not paying attention. & to make matters worst, I find a hair in my food. Which I’m sure we all have ate many hairs thru out any fast food chain, but it’s not the first time I find hair @ this location in my food. I just didn’t want to write a whole paragraph complaining but if I don’t complain, when will they put more effort into being more hygienic and pay attention to what their employees are doing. Also the Hispanic table cleaning lady is rude. Not even because I spoke to her in Spanish to make her more comfortable did that change her hostile attitude towards me over some NAPKINS. I was simply asking for some to be considerate about cleaning the table for her since the table my husband & I we were trying to use was dirty. But hey that’s what I get for trying to be nice I guess. I’ve vented enough, but this location plainly SUCKS. I just don’t recommend THIS location. Perhaps try the one on 41, manager there is always nice & attentive.
