My visit was EXCEPTIONAL! Made appointment a week in advance. Arrived ten minutes early, completed the normal paperwork and sat down. I was called in within 15 minutes of my appointed time with a FULL waiting room of patient’s. I was greeted by “WENDY”, with a big welcoming smile, she directed me to the exam room, and explained the process to me, she asked questions in a polite manner, she completed the procedure in a well trained, caring, professional style and everything was done within minutes. I sincerely believe that “WENDY” made the difference, I will request her on future visits EAST-WEST-SHE’S THE BEST! Thank you Wendy for your professionalism, I do appreciate it Just had my 2nd visit at this location. Last time I was greeted by Wendy and had a GREAT visit. This time I was greeted by Marilyn, minutes within my appointment time, she had a smile snd a look of confidence that made me feel a bit more comfortable. I have to say that the blood draw was done in a caring professional way and I was done before I knew it. I recommend this location and if you are lucky enough to have Marilyn or Wendy greet you, you will be in good hands they both do their jobs with professionalism and pride! Once again I feel that I had an excellent visit with this location. This time I had the pleasure of having Bianca as my technician. She was professional, experienced and completed the service quickly. Great smile and an asset to her profession . 3 visits, and 3 very professional tech’s. GREAT VISIT!

Trying to schedule a time-specific test for my daughter and need an 8-8:30am time slot. Per the on-line scheduling calendar there are none for at least the rest of April. No appointments in the morning at all even! Ridiculous. And I know you will not treat us well as walk-ins even though your sign says walk-ins welcome. This location needs an overhaul. How is it even possible that every foreseeable morning appointment for the next month is taken? *****update**** Amazingly enough as I was trying to schedule this appointment for a location way out of my way this morning I noticed there were miraculously some morning time slots open so I was able to finally get an appointment scheduled. Changed rating from 1 to 3 until after appointment. Maybe someone actually reads these?

Went to have blood drawn today and Ashley ( that was the name on the wall where she was sitting so I assume it was her) couldn't have been anymore unpleasant. Just rude. I asked her what the tests were for and she just read exactly what the paper I handed her said. MVC4 and CBC 1 and so on .... no more than that. Very unpleasant experience with her and not the best person to have representing your company.

Unlike other reviews, I had a wonderful experience at Quest LWR. I had a scheduled appointment. Every staff member with whom I interacted was polite, professional, and efficient. They are trying to accommodate those without an appointment by adding more to their day. Can you imagine trying to squeeze more into your day? I think we should all show appreciation for our health care workers who are giving of themselves and doing their best for us~especially in these trying times. Consider the scale in which you are rating others. We are not entitled. We are all human. Practice patience and kindness.

You can stop and sign as a pickup. Does not take more than 5 min.
Go to their website, click on Appointments/locations on the left side, then you put in your confirmation code you received when you made the appointment and can cancel from there.
