I cannot say much about the park as I was only there for about 30 minutes. We had just left a campground and did not want to wait many hours to dump the black and gray tanks in our camper as we were about 20 deep in line. So we called Ellenton gardens and they told us to come down for a small fee and use their dump station. It could not have been more simple and we'll definitely be back again!

Very friendly people!! Everyone is super nice. Everything was clean and well kept. The only reason it isn't 5 stars: big RVs can find a deep lot, but it's a bit tight getting around. For smaller RVs this is a great little place!!

I think it was $900+ a month for peak months. Plus electricity.
I would guess no cats in a rented park model, but it doesn't hurt to call and ask. Great location to spend a month! Friendly staff and folks there.

Yes, I would call the office. They sometimes have some for rent. And if they don't, they may know people in the park that do.
