I’m from Tennessee. I’ve come to this location twice - once several months ago , and once today. The service is piss poor at best. Horrible service, horrible food prep. Never visibly full. Never Fresh. Fast service but you pay for that in poor food quality. As someone that has worked at a taco bell , i can say confidently the management and workers are absolutely unimaginably unimpressive. Fix this. Wrong wrap for my SFT SPC

First off I seem to never be able to order online anymore. So I used the drive-thru which there was not a single car in the drive-thru or parking lot. No greeting at call box, just order when ur ready. The food was poorly wrapped and toppings were all over the bag. The tortillas were soggy and nasty. For not having any other customers they could have prepared my meal a bit better. The whole meal was pretty much a mess and inedible. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! When are you going to get people who actually care about their jobs and customers. No wonder they don't hand out receipts, they don't want to deal with all the complaints. I tried to call and got hung up on immediately. It's not like the store was busy this evening. I will be contacting corporate this time. I am tired of wasting money at this sad excuse for a taco bell!!

At 10:32pm we were told they were closed for the night. Great job ellenton - no Taco Bell closes before 11pm. Please get rid of your trash which is making you lose money. Give the jobs to the people willing to work!!!!!

Please save your money! This restaurant is a franchise and they’re terrible! The orders are always incorrect and they never have items televised on Taco Bells ads!! Oh and not to mention the staff is terribly rude and unprofessional!!!
