Our waitress was great. Sorry I forgot your name.. she was great, fun attitude. and was always making sure we were good, plus it was a fri. Was working a retirement party and my family came out also. also the food was great, fast and tasty.

Ordered 10 wings, only received 9. Not a big deal and they weren't terrible. Pretty small wings for being $16 for 10 though. Cheese that came with pretzel bites was like if they had melted craft cheese singles and poured it into a cup; as soon as it wasn't warm, it was hard cheese and impossible to dip into. You could tell the fries were previously crisp, but I receive them soggy and mushy. Seasoning was pretty good. Overall food came out room temperature. Would give it 2 stars, but I also ordered a burger well done, and it came out pink, almost purple in the middle. I had to further finishing cooking my take out order in my air fryer... for +$40 for wings, burger, fries, and pretzel bites, I was very disappointed. Too many things that were wrong for me to rate higher than 1 star. Unfortunately will not be coming back.

Beep; Boop Beep!

One really shouldn’t have too high of expectations when visiting a wing place, but sadly this location takes it to a whole new low. The service was neglectful and meh, at best. Took forever to place our initial drink order, food was overly slow to arrive, and our drinks were never refilled. Even if they happened to be short staffed (don’t know if what were or weren’t) but several servers walked past throughout our visit and never offered to help. we also spotted a manager several times who never visited or aided. It was a subpar visit; that’s for sure. We give it two stars before the food itself wasn’t all that bad. As they say “location, location, location” and with limited other options in the immediate area you can get away with poor experiences (for now), I guess, however probably better to follow the message on the bathroom wall and focus on excellence.

Decided to try Winghouse after shopping at the outlets. We had no idea what it was, but I've been on a wing kick lately so wanted to try it! First, let me say the 3 stars is NOT because of their outfits.... I've worked at Hooters twice and loved it!! More power to the girls working there and hopefully making great money! The reason for only 3 stars is the food. It was just OK. Guess I shouldn't be too surprised, but again, I've worked at Hooters and loved their food. Winghouse food does not compare, in my opinion. I got the grilled chicken salad and it was very plain and ordinary, hubby and kids were not thrilled with their food either. Everything we had just OK, not horrible but nothing special. But if you're going for atmosphere only, then it's definitely worth trying out !
