Bacon egg and cheese usually comes with bacon… right? I don’t write reviews. I order here semi frequently. This is the 3rd time. I’m just tired of being disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would myself and my daughter got the pick 2 and my daughter found a long hair in her salad she brought it backup And they seemed annoyed that they had to make another one... and unapologetic ! then she sat down and realized she didn't get her side with the pick 2 I went up and asked for it and they questioned whether I did... As if I was lying about it and trying to get a free side! I asked to speak to a manager because by then I'm extremely annoyed she goes I am the manager and we made your daughter a new salad! unbelievable! The place was busy and there was a homeless person sleeping in the booth!

I enjoyed my turkey club avocado BLT and French onion soup but I noticed the Panera prices have increased, exponentially.

Ordered salad and soup. My side bread was literally a stone. My dogs couldn't tear it. The salad dressing was not enough for one bite. The side cup was not Even 1/4 full. So I can't even eat my salad.. And we waited forever at the store. I don't understand why employees would think this is ok. So disappointed. Now that I'm typing this I notice other bad reviews from months ago. Why isn't management addressing this!!???
