This is the slowest McDonald’s around. It always takes at least 30 minutes to get your food late in the evening. There has to be a way they can become faster

First time visit and was very pleased how fast the order was ready after I placed it on the inside. Employees were nice. Stopped by again this morning and used drive thru and the line kept moving. Nice employees working the drive thru. Would return if I'm ever back in this area.

On 03/24/2022 around 8pm, my wife took our children to this McDonald’s after their soccer practice (family tradition). While she was paying for food, the team member snapped at my 8-year-old son (seated in the rear) for “looking at him”. My wife immediately complained to the manager. This is the worst customer service experience we’ve ever had at a McDonalds and we will gladly drive an extra couple miles to a different franchise in Enola… if we don’t ditch this tradition all together.

Someone honestly needs to get a raise up in this place. The fries and nuggets were warm, fresh, and crispy. I've never seen nuggets so beautiful and organized.
