Really not sure what it is i even pay for here. The facilities are always filthy, for some odd reason they seem to become a dopehead hangout after about 10 pm. The office has been told about the situation many times, but nothing has been done about this in the year I have been here. Management is damn near non existent they only pop up to try to tell you when you are doing something wrong not to fix any of the nonsense going on. Drunks and dopeheads roam the neighborhood freely. Oh yes and on the hottest days of the summer you have to worry about constant power outages on your lot while Management tells you that they have too many people on your row running ac. As they continue to fill one row and leave others empty 😒. Seems like with all the money they charge they would have the sense to Upgrade their system if they know there is an issue. But instead they will blame you. Have a pleasant stay

I was visiting a friend. We were outside. We heard a lady yelling to a man to come back home please come back home now. As he walked down the street. He kept walking seemingly towards a man that was doing pretty much nothing I think he was just fiddling around with flowers and stuff under his carport. When that man saw the other man coming. He stepped out onto the grass seemingly to greet this man. This man walked right up to him and pushed him down on the ground very viciously. Stood there for a second. Then turned around and walked back to his house. The couple two down from my friends. Heard and saw the same thing they seemed quite shocked. Well my friend went back on home.I don’t think he will be coming back. Well you all have a nice day. Good luck if you want to visit this RV park. It’s always been a very nice place. Have a nice day

Quiet and nicely kept mobile home park. Close to carwash, gas station, and fast food restaurants. Right off interstate 275 and easy to find with a big colonial style community building for the park/neighborhood.

We stayed 2 nights here. Beautiful park, very clean and well maintained. Convenient location right off i75 NB. My only complaint is the road noise. We were in site A-11 which was close to the road. If we came again, i would request aisle F or G. N8ce dog park. Friendly campers.

Thanks for your inquiry, They do not have a limit on the time you can stay, they have permanent tenants, long and short time visitors and their clubhouse is really nice. They have quite a few clubhouse events during season and it's the nicest RV park, in my opinion, around. It's located right in the center of our small retail area. Very convenient to just about everything exciting in Bushnell. I hope this helps, and enjoy your stay. ☺
They have park models but not sure about rental availability. They are very small dog friendly. They even have a dog park. Common sense approach that you clean up after your dog. Blueberry Hill RV Rst is very friendly and are doing their best to provide guests a nice but safe experience. (You'll be glad you went).
Not sure about the trailer..but I heard rates are fair..and a very nice well kept place

There is a 10 year limit but they do allow older ones in park but pictures must be taken of all 4 sides and given to office staff. They had approved our 5th wheel and it was 14 yrs old. It all depends on condition. No interior pictures need to be taken
It varies as to what you want, length of stay etc. Daily, weekly, Full time ? Three month? Six months? Lots of imemities as well
Most of us are retired. There are a few families that are younger and have children. We are not a 55 community. The majority of our folks are here for 6 months hense the term 6/6. We do have 99 sites in the front of our park that is for overnighter, those that do not want to spend the entire 6/6. We have a very clean and nice park. Plenty to do throughout the winter.
