Great RV Park. Short term, or long term or live there. Clean well kept great pull through, fully paved, concrete pads, pool, picked ball courts, corn hole, horse shoes, Frisby park, putting green, pool and jacuzzi, even an RC car dirt track. Great staff. Highly recommended.

Just visiting . One worth checking out if looking for a park in a nice quiet area! Close to everything in Central Florida.

Paradise Oaks has been our favorite RV resort we have stayed at so far. The property is immaculate and well maintained. The name is true, it is like you are living in paradise when you stay here. The staff is extremely nice. This RV resort offers full hookups with water, sewer, 50 amp and cable. The site we had was concrete. The site was long enough to fit our 36 foot fifth wheel and truck with room to spare. They have dumpsters for trash. They have shower facilities. They have a laundry room. They have a gym. They also have a mail room. They have a pool, pickleball courts, etc. We have a full video review on our YouTube channel Broken Dreams Reborn.

Stayed for 3 weeks this November and December. I’m going to wholeheartedly agree with other comments about the sites being well done. The park being clean and the facilities are great, nice walking trails etc. The shortcomings: 1. THE TRAIN. So there are mainline tracks just across the road from the park. During the day, whatever. Night is a different issue however. The train comes through very often, all night long. Because there are many level crossings in the area they have to blow the horn…a lot! Some folks don’t have a problem with this, we did. 2. We initially stayed on a nightly basis to check the place out. As we found the park to be quite good…except for the train. We decided to extend our stay. Management would not pro-rate our stay on the monthly rate even though we were not going to be there for an entire month…not cool. 3. Small thing but irritating nonetheless. WIFI was only free to those staying on a seasonal basis. This is nickel and diming. I would have given the park a better grade but we couldn’t get past the train. I appreciate others wouldn’t see this as much of a problem.

I stay near the trains . Yes they come through a lot but it’s not a bother. About the comment on plenty of atms. Yes but none on site which with 499 sites you would think there would be Atleast one.
Rates run 350 to 450 per month depending on the location in the park home sub division includes water, sewer, gounds maint., Cable and internet
To my knowledge, Paradise Oaks does not have rental units. People either bring their own RV or the own the park units.
No larger than 8' X 10' and vinyl type construction. i.e. Lifetime, Suncast, Rubbermaid. Prefer light brown or gray
No close Publixs. Walmart is .7 miles. You will go pass WinDixie.
Pets are allowed but you need to check them in at registration.
Not sure but possibly could be both
No we do not but it is good to hear from you guy's
Yes, I was told when we got here- campers can (free) first wash. Cars for $5- Rvs $10. Everyone has been super nice. Some campers stay full time but this park is NOT junky like others Ive seen. They like you to keep your stuff looking good. Spaces in back of park are SUPER NICE!
Monthly rates apply...can be up to 12 months. Rate depends on length of stay. Activities ramp uo in the winter months
Not too bad..lots of trees down..but no major damages to trailers
They said everything is good
