I purchased 2 Bilt Techno 2.0 helmets for my wife and I and everything went well. I normally use size XL helmets and my wife uses large. For some reason my helmet fit super tight so I called Cycle Gear in Lake Forrest because they were nearest to me. There I spoke with Sergio and he was excellent to work with. I told him my problem and he helped me get the correct size which is 2XL for me. He didn't have my size in stock so he called a few stores and found one available in the Riverside store. I drove there and spoke with Marc. He was very helpful as well. He handed me my 2XL helmet and went on my way. I would have given 5 stars but because I had to drive to Riverside 1 star got lost. I'm happy with everything else for the most part.

Tim was extremely helpful. He offered not only his own personal experience, but also recommendation for different gearing choices I might make. He worked with me to select the exact set of gear I wanted for my first motorcycle. When the color and size I wanted weren't available, the store was able to order them separately from a warehouse location and another store half the country away. I came away with a full set of new gear, sans helmet, for about the same price as trying to cobble together a used set off of various websites. I hope to be a regular customer.

This is such a good store, and such necessity for everyday rider. Need something right now and don’t want to pay 3x at the dealer? Here you go, you’re welcome. Need an honest advice from really helpful and good guys who work there? You got it. Deals are as good as online and they will mount the street tires for you, too. How cool is that? I literally go out of my way to buy stuff there rather than order it online as I do all else. Oils, pair of gloves and random things. Why? Because we need stores like that. Next, lemme leave the review for local prima donna dealer..:)

Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.
Call your local Cycle Gear store. Or head to the website and click "Stores" at the top. Search for your store and click "Set as My Store" button. When you look at a product's page you can see if it is available at your local store.
Check out the careers page on the website. If you go into the store they'll probably tell you the same thing so you can apply right on the online site.
Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.
Cash and all the major credit cards are accepted at stores. You may also be eligible for financing through Sunbit.
