Very Rude people working in this office, I never saw a bad customer service like this before. The white lady with glasses and a Filipino guy was the rudest people i have ever seen. Shame on management of this office. 0 rating

This USPS delivered nothing but horrible service! I've received more reliable, efficient and dependable service at a 4 year olds lemonade stand. Avoid this USPS at all cost!

Their delivery people either lose packages or steal them and then post office staff, particularly Dwayne, just tries to wash his hands off the situation, claiming "you think you're the only one this happened to? It happens all the time." Nice approach... At 7.10am the package showed as delivered, 7.30am I come down to my mail box just to see it empty. It's been 3 days now and the only response I got from the post office was that "the item shows delivered, so we believe it was delivered". Alas, I'm package-less and they're not helping. Apparently, there is no appeal situation to resolve instances when couriers lose or steal packages themselves. The post office's only suggestion was "to ask the sender to send another package"... it seems, in their eyes we should just be funding usps Christmas gifts.

Horrible experience today shipping an item nothing complicated. 2 gentlemen working there today were not friendly not just towards me but a few other customers. Short Asian guy with glasses not wearing a name tag wrote the wrong address on the computer and I tried to correct him and he told me that I have to rewrite the address on my box, it didn’t make sense but I went ahead and did it I wasn’t going to argue. As I was doing that the other gentleman long hair with glasses kept yelling at this older lady that was in the store and they were both making comments making fun of the older lady. When I finished rewriting the address on my box which he charged me for a new label I told him it wasn’t professional to be making these type of comments about any customers especially about this older lady. They kept telling each other “this is going to be your future” because the older lady couldn’t hear very well, she was very polite and respectful the whole time. I hate to see these type of behavior from other people especially when it comes to people that work in customer service. They represent the brand and this was a horrible/disappointing representation. I hope this gets addressed. I just wanted to ship my package and leave. I will not be coming back to this location. Is better to drive somewhere else. Don’t come here if you don’t want to be treated like a human being.

I'm not really sure. I would ask the post office on Fairview in costa Mesa. Ask for Jennifer she is very helpful. But if I'm taking a guess it's like 3 to 5 business days
