Publix Super Market at Shoppes of Sugarmill Woods

Lately Publix has been having issues keeping certain items stocked. I love to snack on Fresh Gourmet Crispy Onions(garlic pepper.) The name brand ones are usually always better then the store brand but lately the name brand has been coming in with a burnt flavor or really chewy.

Always clean. Pleasant staff. Great customer service. Awesome subs and deli area. Great all around experience again and again Update: Deli was suppppper slow. Waited 20 minutes total for a lb of ham. Understandable if the 12 other employees were not just standing there not helping, leaving it all to one fella who was super slow at cutting and handling customers. Two people standing in line needed to leave and another lady needed to find a place to sit because she stood too long. I'd like to say this to Publix.....if your job requires you to do it super slowly then please think of our disabled and elderly who may not be able to stand there for such long periods. Put in some benches so they can rest while waiting to be served. I'm sure many would use it and appreciate it very much!

We call it "our Publix" and feel so at home when visiting. The staff are very friendly both young and old. Rarely do you find poor, inattentive service and those individuals don't last long. The meats are top quality and the produce is quite good as well. We enjoy shopping here even if some items can be slightly more expensive than other stores. The excellent BOGO's, coupons, and discounts truly make up the difference and more. They will continue to be our grocery store of choice.

Went to order a meatball sub and they were out of provolone and didnt slice the cheese. Not what you expect from Publix. Have always been happy at the other stores. I didn't request them to cut it but expected the same standard as the other stores. The sub was okay with white American cause that's all they offered. Sorry, but that was just lazy.
