First, I'd like to start by saying that this is one of the more budget friendly locations in the immediate area, and as with any budget hotel, don't expect a palace when paying the paupers price. Clean, spacious room. Beds were comfortable. Pool well maintained and in use during our stay. There was plenty of parking and its relatively close ro attractions in the are. The restaurant/bar attached to it was really good and had a good menu! Possible downsides: During our stay, we were informed that the hot water is off a certain hours (money saver). This didn't bother me as I am ok with lukewarm to cool showers, but was an issue to with some in the travel group. Budget hotels sometimes attract interesting characters and live-ins. There was a presence there, and It makes for some people watching, but we were not directly bothered. Restaurant bar / pool access close to room 102 area where there's a breezeway. For those who wish for less people passerby activity, I'd recommend further down the way to avoid the bar and pool people traffic. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY!! :)

Absolutely DO NOT book here. If I can give zero stars I would. This place is disgusting beyond belief. As soon as I walked in the stank smell of cigarettes was over bearing. The carpets were stained and dirty. The bed sheets dirty with visible hair on them. The bathroom that was an entire different level of nastiness. The bath tub was disgusting with dirt. Roaches within the first 5 minutes of opening the bathroom door. Mold on the ceiling. This place should be torn down! Do NOT STAY HERE!

I do have pretty bad anxiety, and the fact that the bar was so crowded with drunk people did not make it any better. The room itself was disgusting, it was painted poorly with cracked lampshade and paint coming off of the walls. All of the furniture looked old and outdated and quite unappealing. Haha there was even one of those hand sanitizer dispensers in the shower that are used at public schools, just thought that was funny. The only good parts about it? The park beside it and the fact that the pool has water.

The good: hmmm pool had water in it. Sheets were white. The bad: Tub drained slow and nasty water surrounds your legs. The bed blanket was covered with cigarette burns in a so called non smoking room. The light was missing a bulb and is a shock Hazzard. Phone pad has mold on it and the light is pitted with rust. Rusty refrigerator. Floor carpet matted. Paint pealing off the ceiling and wall. I was woken up 3 separate occasions 1am-3am-4:30am by the "residents" walking around back and forth outside the room talking loudly and getting into drunken arguments yelling " then show me!" Like roaches, once the sun came up they all scattered and it was a fairly quiet morning. On the way out I noticed he outdoor trash can was filled with 24 pack beer boxes. This MOTEL....oh sorry Hotel obviously uses its rooms for long term stays by shaddy folks. Stay at your own risk.
