I used to not have a problem with the Dunkin donuts near me in homosassa, Fl. But ever since they've began hiring new people, a specific worker, who I will not call out, but she should know her actions has been rude, hasn't made my orders right, her hair was even in my drink. She doesn't show any politeness or manners so therefore if I were you, I wouldn't go there because she is very rude and impatient and my milkshake was liquid

Customer service was good. But my sister and i ordered frozen coffee (separately) and both were not good at all. I order them all the time and even was there the day before and had no issues. Please train them to make them correctly.
