This particular evening my biscuits were rock hard my chicken was cold my cole slaw was very dry there was no liquid in it.

Wife placed mobile order for me to pick up. It was unknown at the time that the lobby was closed for renovations and I was driving a vehicle unfit for the drive-thru. I stood in line with the cars in the drive-thru. When I got to the window I was denied service even though I explained my situation. I joked that could take out the hight restriction bar if they'd like. I was rudely told that I was not getting anything from there so I let an FU roll off my tongue and started to walk away. The person who claimed to be a manager then repeated my choice words and threatened to come outside to handle me. As I continued to walk away he made other statements, insultingly comparing me to poultry. If this is the class of human that works there, they are not to be trusted with food preparation

Has to be the WORST KFC I have ever visited. Not only is the service disgusting, but the place is a dump. Not to mention on my last 2 visits, they where only taking exact change or CC. Now these visits were about 6-7 months apart. Something is fishy over there and I don't trust it....

Very little to choose from if you are vegetarian. I had some fries and macaroni and cheese. I was quite disappointed that they didn't have the impossible chicken.
